ZoomerMedia has a net loss in Q2 of $137,000

ZoomerMedia Ltd., the publishers of Zoomer magazine, had a net loss in the second quarter of $136,439 for the period, a negative turnaround of more than $1 million, compared with a profit of $901,464 in the same quarter in 2010, it was reported today by Canadian Press. The company had revenues of $15.3 million, down from $16.9 million in the same quarter in 2010.
The Toronto-based company's properties include multi-faith specialty channel Vision TV, classical radio station CFMZ-FM in Toronto, Zoomer Magazine, and website

I think fluctuations in profit and loss could be a result of various factors, like mergers and acquisitions for example. ZoomerMedia recently acquired VisionTV and One-body,mind and spirit, according to this article -

True, depending on how accounting is done, mergers and acquisitions can affect results...up or down.
