Sylvain Bédard has been named Vice President, Business Solutions and Group Publisher for TC Media's Les Affaires Group. He replaces Stéphane Lavallée who has left the company. Bédard had already been responsible for the business magazine publishing group, including Affaires PLUS, Commerce, PME, Vision Durable, Force, Finance et Investissement and Investment Executive. An economist, he joined TC Media in 1988 as director of its book division and later moved to become editor and later associate publisher of Finance et Investissement.
