Rogers b-to-b job boards to be run in partnership with Workopolis

Rogers Publishing has struck a partnership deal with Workopolis, Canada's largest online recruiting and job search service. Several Rogers business-to-business titles have launched job boards that cross-promote positions with Workopolis and there are plans for some 28 additional sites in the near future. In effect, people who go to the dedicated b-to-b job boards at the magazine sites will be using a service maintained by Workopolis. Launched today were:
"This is a significant partnership between two market leaders," said John Milne, Senior Vice-President, Rogers Business and Professional Publishing. "Our millions of readers will benefit from this new access to countless professional growth opportunities."

Workopolis is a partnership of Toronto Star Newspapers Ltd. and Gesca Ltd., the newspaper subsidary of Power Corporation of Canada. Its online jobs sites have over 3.6 million unique visitors a month in Canada and the company claims twice as many job postings as its nearest competitor.
