Flare newsstand cover of year; This, Canadian Art, LouLou, Châtelaine, Macleans win gold
Flare magazine won for cover of the year for its September 2009 issue at the Canadian Newsstand Awards, which were announced on Monday evening in Toronto. The awards this year for the first time honoured special interest publications and also awarded gold, silver and bronze. The prestigious Newsstand Marketer of the Year award was presented to Scott Bullock, owner of the Circ3 consulting agency.

Glad to see that the twig-thin fashion model has not been usurped by anything resembling progress in her position as queen of mag covers. Keep reinforcing those insecurities people! They pay your bills.
