For any media buying firms that would like to verify Corporate Knights circulation, please contact us by e-mail or phone (info@corporateknights.ca, 416-203-4674) and we will have the Globe and Mail send a fax of our insertion order for 95,500, which represents 95.5% of our total circulation of 100,000.

No doubt the magazine can prove its controlled circulation; what is a puzzle, however, is why they didn't pay their bill and resign, rather than refusing to pay what was owed and being expelled.

Just to close this thread: After coming to mutual agreement on the sum outstanding, Corporate Knights settled this matter about a year ago.
