Setting a whole new standard for selling magazines

A new magazine store (note, not a newsstand) in Berlin called Do You Read Me? is setting a very high standard for serving people who love magazines.

It carries a curated assortment of contemporary magazines, a comprehensive range of art, culture, fashion, photography, design, architecture, literature, music, theater, society, politics and business titles usually of the the high-end and glossy Eurodesign type, all displayed face-out on shelves specifically designed for the shop by Greige/Buero fuer Design.The shop, which opened on the 30th of September at Auguststrasse 28, Berlin-Mitte, creates individual assortments for clients and you can't just buy what you see; everything has to be ordered.

Mitte’s newest artful project space and store, Do You Read Me?!, eliminates the middle step. If you’re more inclined to buy a 10 Euro magazine than dinner, then this shop’s for you—you may even find a like-minded date to skip dinner with.
