Education awards go to Toronto, McGill and Carleton magazines

Portico, the magazine from the University of Guelph, won the gold medal for best magazine at the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education (CCAE) awards.

Silver went to Headway, McGill University's research magazine and bronze to Carleton University magazine.

Writing awards went to:

• Gold to University of Toronto magazine for "The Aviator"
• Silver (tie) to Headway and Université du Québec à Montréal
• Bronze to University of Toronto magazine
