Designer dress giveaways every issue to celebrate Fashion magazine's 35th

Fashion magazine is celebrating its 35th anniversary issue by giving away a designer outfit each issue; with its March issue (shown below), it's a dress by Kimberley Newport-Mimran (who, among other things, designed the flight attendants' uniforms for Toronto's Porter Airlines and operates her own designer label Pink Tartan.) Mimram, who's married to entrepreneur retailer Joe "Joe Fresh" Mimram, says
