Eustace Tilley gets a makeover

For those of you who closely follow the top-hatted dandy of the New Yorker magazine, Eustace Tilley, the magazine has posted a whole slideshow of imaginative makeovers by its readers for your delectation. (We like the subtlety of the bubble cover by Gary Amaro of Berkely, California.)

Plus, this week's New Yorker, thumping into subscribers' letterboxes on the eve of Super Tuesday, has a Tilley makeover of another kind, with two Tilleys, one a Hillary-Tilley, the other an Obama Tilley. The staff calls it "Eustace Tillarobama". Depending on the luck of the selective binding draw, subscribers get one, or the other right way up.
