Kontent Group (Inside E, FQ, Sir) suspends pubs and is up for sale

[This post has been updated] Publishing company The Kontent Group, co-founded by Michael King and Geoffrey Dawe in 2002, has been put up for sale and meanwhile has suspended operations and, with them, publication of Inside E, FQ, Sir and International Architecture and Design magazines.
[CLARIFICATION: Eithne McCredie of International Architecture and Design magazine says: "Kontent does not own any part of International Architecture & Design, nor has it ever. I'm curious as to how you got this incorrect info. We outsourced production and some art direct to Kontent. IA&D is still very much in business." We explained to her that Kontent displays IAD as one of its properties on its website and that a story we published about IAD's launch listed Geoff Dawe of Kontent as one of three owners, including McCredie and a silent partner.]
King sold his 50% share to Dawe in 2008.

Earlier this year, Kontent retained KPMG to advise it on restructuring, which to many in the industry meant quietly tuning the company up and looking for a buyer.
