A new digital title aimed at the condo living lifestyle called Condominia magazine is to be launched this fall by a new publishing company called communiqis inc.

The company is led by Brian Rushton Phillips, the creative director behind the launch of Canadian Architecture and Design magazine for Dauphin Media and who previously worked for St. Joseph Media on the contract publications Expressions and Leafs Nation.Phillips is also known as a conceptual artist.
According to a press release, condominia targets men and women 25+ ...
"as an authoritative, chic, helpful and up-to-date source for everything condo and condo living. Each issue will present national and international development profiles, in addition to an assortment of lifestyle departments featuring the latest trends in wine, dining, culture, technology, travel, automotive, finance, decor and advice."
The magazine is being sent to an (unidentified) established database of 50,000 affluent real estate investors and buyers, a number said to grow to 400,000 by 2011. The publisher says the magazine will have 9.5 million page impressions from over 1.5 million unique browsers; a full page ad is $5,000, with a CPM of $25. Although frequency was not specified, there will be a fall and winter issue.
The company says advertisers can expect active web links, inclusion in the publication's monthly e-newsletters and new issue alerts, and embedded videos, possible sponsorship opportunities and short-run printed copies at select condo developments.
