...know what people want and then give people what they need? When a body begins to harbour this sort of nonsense the magazine industry is in trouble. It's all really a crap shoot, isn't it? Toronto Life should not have dispensed from publishing summer fiction. Revamp if you will to Toronto stories but keep the fiction. Just when Toronto is undergoing such masive change Toronto Life sees fit to do away with a wonderful opportunity for literary respite. Toronto of then and Toronto of now...could have been explosive reading! Perhaps he has something better up his sleeve.
